Robert Goodfellow serves as Associate Director, Corporate Communications at Colgate-Palmolive Company in New York. Robert reports to Colgate's Chief Communications Officer and oversees Colgate’s corporate social responsibility programs, sustainability communications, as well as the company’s charitable giving program. Until 2017 Robert served as Colgate’s Marketing Manager, Oral Care Innovation, Europe Division, based in Paris and then Basel, Switzerland. Robert led brand strategy, new product development and marketing communications for five oral care brands in Europe - including elmex and meridol brands as well as Colgate Sensitive, Colgate Kids, and Colgate Natural Extracts sub brands. Prior to this assignment, Robert was based in New York as Colgate’s Brand Manager, Colgate Total, marketing the #1 best selling toothpaste in the United States. Robert joined Colgate in 2008 as a summer intern through the company's Global Marketing Development Program.
Robert received a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Prior to business school, Robert served as a communications assistant to the Most Rev. Katharine Jefferts Schori, the first woman elected as Presiding Bishop & Primate of the Episcopal Church. Ribby began his career as staff assistant to US Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton in Washington, DC
