This is Friday's Forum 4 The Human Connection.
Reese is producing the film, “Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine" based on the novel of the same name. It follows a "misfit heroine as she goes from living a lonely life to realizing the only way to survive is to open your heart.”
Reese says,
“Gail has created an incredibly smart, funny, and eccentric character who
beautifully demonstrates the ways vulnerability and human connection can so deeply enrich your life.”
We all have our own story to tell. We've been vulnerable and we've been confident. Sometimes we want to shout how great things are, and at
times we hide under the covers and cry. We each walk a different path yet we intersect along the way, coming face to face with one another. I like Danielle Dardashti's idea below - let's share more of our stories face-to-face - let's enrich each other's lives.
"I work with companies to help them tell impactful digital stories. But I have recently also become obsessed with the art of live storytelling — and the raw power of that human connection that happens when a story is told face-to-face. That’s why I am launching STORYBOOM - a live storytelling event series beginning in January." www.STORYBOOM.live
