Richard Branson says it all for us today, on Founder Friday: A Forum for The Human Connection.

Branson, the Founder of Virgin Group,  participated in The World in 50 Years project by Quartz. They asked him,

How will we communicate with each other?

"I hope that we still talk face-to-face when it matters—to me, there is no substitute for human connection. Technology is great for keeping in touch across long distances or in different parts of the world, but I would always rather be across the dinner table having a chat with my wife Joan than texting or on the phone."

Even 2 yrs ago when Branson was interviewed by Smart Company, he had the same answer.  Out of the five skills Branson believes entrepreneurs must possess, he picks  the ability to communicate well as #1.

“Communication makes the world go round. It facilitates human connections, and allows us to learn, grow and progress. It’s not just about speaking or reading, but understanding what is being said—and in some cases what is not being said,” Branson says.

What's the Human Connection you're making that takes your business to the next level?
